Wicleff in Cologne

Great. Today I picked up roast lamb with potato gratin and leaf spinach. It was still hot and delicious at home. I especially enjoyed the chat with Chris the very personable host. ?? Unfortunately, I realized how much I miss the hours with many nice friends at this counter

Cozy corner restaurant with outdoor catering. Extensive range of dishes, and that also applies to the portion size, at really very reasonable prices. Super friendly staff.

Unfriendly waiters (probably stressed due to Covid19 as people were running about chaotically, but still, pretty rough around the edges), expensive food (8,50 for two eggs and a few potatoes)

The coziness of this place surprised me. A DIN A4 menu with lots of tasty little things. No music in the background, you can have a good conversation. The operation sometimes seems a bit chaotic. If you bring a little patience, you can spend a nice evening here.

Super loud if crowded, but I love the food!!! It's always delicious and on a reasonable price. Service is good. Try the wiener schnitzel.

Great German pub. The waitress spoke good English and helped us all to select our food. I had an amazing meal. The portions were huge. The atmosphere was cozy. Nice friendly neighbourhood pub.
